Ingredients

 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 8 oz fettuccine pasta (or any pasta of choice)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 cup heavy cream
 1 cup chicken broth
 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
