Ingredients

For the chicken
 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 1 tsp lemon zest
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
